Bless all seasoned librarians that take the time to take us newbs under your wing and mentor us.
I asked an acquaintance of my mom’s if we could go for coffee so I could ask him some questions about applying for jobs and he not only used his whole break at work to chat with me, he offered to check out my resume to see if he has any suggestions on how to improve it/see what I should definitely keep.
